AIR Institute showcases its developments at the Valladolid IT Company Fair

AIR Institute has shown its high potential at the Meetings with IT Companies 2023, which under the title "University-Company: present and future of IT", has attracted leading companies to Valladolid.  

AIR Institute, which is recognized by the Junta de Castilla y León as the region's technology center, attended the event. The event was organized by the School of Computer Engineering of Valladolid, the Science Park Foundation of the University of Valladolid, and the Professional Association of Computer Engineers of Castilla y León. Leading IT companies showcased their current developments in the field of Computer Science.

The General Director of Telecommunications and Digital Administration, Antonio Ibáñez, was in charge of inaugurating the event, whilst AIR Institute's researchers, Sebastián López Flórez and Juan Manuel Núñez Velasco, gave a highly applauded lecture on generative artificial intelligence.

In addition, AIR Institute attended the IT Company Fair to present some of the developments on which its researchers are working, such as the Apapachoa therapeutic dolls, Spine Care, Centr@tec, Load Crutches, DIGIS3, co2 and Gridiron. Mariano Veganzones Díez, Councilor for Industry, Commerce and Employment of the Junta of Castilla y León, was able to see these projects up close during his visit to the Fair.
